Why I Recommend My Program vs. Fad Diets


Most people have heard of fad diets and might even know someone who has tried one. Fad diets are popular because they promise quick and easy weight loss. But the truth is that fad diets are not only ineffective, but they can also be dangerous.


I would literally put money on it that these “big promise, little return” methods are completely failing you. Why? Because each of these provide a one size fits all “solution” to an INDIVIDUALIZED problem. Your body, your needs, your goals, your lifestyle and your health is not the same as anybody else's! So why in the world would a generalized “method” work?!


You don’t need to cut carbs, drink shakes, count points, take pills, drink skinny teas, wear a waist trainer, or label your favorite foods off-limits! Yes, I said it! Your favorite foods are NOT off limits.
